About me

Living and working in rural Queensland, I understand how challenging it can be to find local services, especially for important life events. This was one of the reasons I decided to become a Marriage Celebrant. The idea first came to me a few years ago when my son was unable to find a local celebrant for his wedding. It made me realise that this was something I could do to support couples in my community. I am married, have three adult children, and am the proud grandmother of five grandchildren. Alongside my role as a part-time Primary School teacher, I enjoy the privilege of helping couples celebrate one of the most meaningful days of their lives. After achieving my registration as a Marriage Celebrant in 2025, I set out with a simple goal: to work closely with couples to professionally plan, create, and deliver a personalised ceremony that reflects their unique story and fits their budget. From our very first conversation to the moment you say “I do,” I will guide you through the process with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care, ensuring every detail feels just right and your special day is everything you hoped it would be.
