Upon retiring early, I discovered a significant void in my life; I greatly missed my clients and colleagues. This longing prompted me to pursue a long-held interest in becoming a Marriage Celebrant. With the assistance of Rose Training, I completed my Certificate IV in Celebrancy in 2022. Love and laughter, here I come! My career journey over the past 30-plus years has been quite the ride! I started as a cosmetician, then leveled up to a Manager in a Myer Department store, and after starting a family transitioned to a position of Personal Banker for a major bank. So, you could say I’ve always been in the people business! And let me tell you, I have always found great fulfillment in assisting people in achieving their goals. Throughout my professional life, I have had the pleasure of meeting many wonderful individuals and there is nothing more satisfying than helping others achieve and witnessing their joy. My first few weddings did not disappoint my clients or myself and left us smiling from ear to ear. Each ceremony is distinct, unique, and tailored to reflect the story and relationship of the couple. At each ceremony, I find myself feeling like a proud parent! And best of all we all have fun and I have to say I am genuinely so happy for them.
